Crystal Wasilausky (MS, 500-RYT, CNS)
-
Crystal is an E-RYT 500-hour certified yoga and meditation teacher who began her yoga journey over 10 years ago where she stumbled across a yoga studio in California. It was there where she first had a felt experience of a deep sense of peace, acceptance, and a light from within was ignited. She was hooked and soon after received her first RYT 200 hr. training in 2010. She later went on to complete another RYT 200-hour and RYT 300- hour trainings.
Crystal shares a fierce love for all people, and she is honored to hold a space for her students to come as they are, and practice tools to have an embodied experience of the spiritual teachings on and off the mat. Yoga has been a source of joy and calm within, she hopes to share a passion and peace she feels on the mat and provide students with an environment in which they uncover a new insight, vibrant presence, playfulness, and strength. Crystal brings a safe, vigorous, and lighthearted practice through the play and exploration of dynamic asana, mindfulness to breath, and deeply rooted in connecting to the truth of who we are with the modern demand’s life throws at us.
In addition to teaching yoga, Crystal holds a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health. Crystal is currently working towards her professional credential as a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) from the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists (BCNS). In her free time, you can find Crystal anywhere outdoors with her husband and 3 boys, playing on her yoga mat, and walking.

Living with Lupus since I was 13, as well as battling other chronic illnesses throughout my life, I for many years thought the only way to live life was to focus on survival. That perspective changed when I found my yoga practice in 2017. Beginning with yoga as a way to reconnect with my body,my practice quickly became more.
My yoga practice taught me how to deeply listen. Whether it was listening to my body or to those I hold space for or to the cues of nature, my depth of listening deepened through my yoga practice. Deeply listening beyond survival and allowing curiosity to lead and empower me. Through yoga I have found my inner voice and innate gifts, and have found ways to share these gifts and serve my community.
I have led a variety of asana classes including kids and family yoga, yin and restorative , and power. I also have experience leading a weekly meditation series. I have collaborated on and supported yoga retreats, both 200 and 300 yoga teacher trainings, and administered a mental health practice, supporting social workers and clients.
Yoga is a daily practice that happens moment to moment. On my mat I find and practice new tools that can be used in my daily life, as a lupus warrior, mom, wife, teacher and “lightkeeper.” In my classes I hope you leave lighter, more connected and restored and empowered to use yogic tools off the mat to be your whole authentic self!
Nina Mihelcic Butler (500-RYT)

Nina started practicing yoga in 2018 to help manage stress, motherhood, and grief. When she’s not practicing yoga, you can find her outside exploring nature, hiking, camping, or paddleboarding and spending time with her two daughters.
Nina teaches movement through a somatic lens. Her floor based classes allow students to meet their body as it is. These somatic rinses hold space for free flowing expression, unwinding tension, and deeper attunement to one’s ever-shifting nervous system state.

Karen Duncan (500-RYT)
-
Karen Duncan started teaching group fitness classes in college in 1991. Surprisingly, she never took a yoga class till 2012 due to strict PT’s order for a nagging, reoccurring cycling injury. It did not take Karen long to fall in love with the beauty and calmness of the asana practice and crave the peace & bliss of body, mind & spirit in savasana. Karen completed 200 & 300 teacher training and now, whether teaching or practicing, can’t imagine her life off the mat. Always a student, always a teacher…. Karen leads joyous practices that will remind you how beautiful & strong you truly are and that every day is a gift. Karen guides vinyasa, gentle, slow flow and power classes. Come play with her on the mat, be curious and see what you discover about yourself! It will be spectacular…. Namaste.

Natalie enjoys a mix of attention to detail and light-hearted playfulness. Her classes take a seasonal approach to asanas and encourage meditation in motion, focusing on alignment and breath. Certified in Hatha/Vinyasa, prenatal, and baby and me yoga, she enjoys meeting practitioners where they are at and encourages finding a movement practice that makes sense for each individual body.

I took my first yoga class in a gym in 2008 when the pilates instructor didn't show up. That experience changed everything, and I've been practicing yoga in some form ever since. I began teaching in 2019 after completing my 200-hour teacher training and completed a 500-hour ryt in 2022. I love sharing the path of yoga with people through movement, stillness, and everything in between. I hope my students can find my classes a place to play and explore, whether it be through confidence building movements or enriching stillness. See you on the mat!
